All donations to the Douglas County Youth Orchestra's RCEIM program are tax deductible.  We welcome donations of instruments, music, and money for student scholarships.Make a donation
Payments for the RCEIM program should be made payable to the 
Douglas County Youth Orchestra (DCYO).
